The Founders’ Run by Cartrack starts tomorrow with 50 centenarian vehicles
The sixth edition of The Founders’ Run by Cartrack hits the road this Friday with over 50 pre-war vehicles, including cars and motorcycles.
Over the course of three days, these century-old vehicles will travel along some of Portugal’s most beautiful roads. Starting in Figueira da Foz with the Prova de Perícia by Liqui Moly (Driving Skill Test), the route passes through Torres Vedras, Mafra, and Estoril before ending in Lisbon, in a lively celebration of motoring’s golden age.
A 1912 Sunbeam 12/16 Coupe de L’Auto, a 1913 Hispano-Suiza Alfonso XIII, a 1916 Diatto 20HP, a 1922 Bugatti Brescia, and a 1933 Aston Martin Le Mans are among the iconic models set to feature in this year’s edition, which is highlighted by a growing number of international entrants from Spain, the UK, the Netherlands, and Greece.
The Founders’ Run by Cartrack is supported by Cartrack, Liqui Moly, BPI Fundação La Caixa, ACH. Brito, FIVA, Turismo do Centro, Emel, Speedflag, Figueira da Foz City Council, Mafra City Council, Lisbon City Council, and Torres Vedras City Council.
